Abstract

Em 1660, a Royal Society of London, orgulhosamente, adotou como lema a frase “Nullius Verba”, que significa a palavra de nenhum homem será a final.
Para que não a seja, há de ser pronunciada e há de ser ouvida. E como não se propaga no vácuo, criam-se as ambiências de propagação.
