Política de Avaliação
The evaluation of the article, for publication purposes in the Revista de Direito da Amazônia, will be carried out in two stages: preliminary evaluation and reviewers' evaluation. The average evaluation time is 4 months.
Preliminary Evaluation
The first evaluation corresponds to the formatting of the article and the following topics will be evaluated:
- Absence of identification;
- Original/unpublished contribution;
- Article formatting;
- Article structure;
- Compliance with technical standards;
- Correspondence between cited references.
The work may be:
- Approved, it will be eligible for reviewers' evaluation;
- Approved with suggestion for revision/modification, it will return to the authors for necessary modifications and, after corrected, will be forwarded to the reviewers;
- Rejected.
Reviewers' Evaluation
The second evaluation corresponds to the content of the article, which will be carried out via double-blind peer review, where reviewers do not identify the author; therefore, the work must not contain author identification. It is emphasized that the reviewers are external. The following points will be evaluated:
- Title;
- Abstract;
- Introduction;
- Theoretical foundation;
- Method;
- Results and discussion;
- Conclusion;
- References;
- General aspects.
The work may be:
- Approved, it will be eligible for publication;
- Approved with suggestion for alteration, it will return to the authors for necessary modifications and, after corrected, will be forwarded for publication;
- Rejected.

The title in Portuguese is in font 24, Times New Roman, centered, bold, with a maximum of 15 words. The title in another language was inserted right below the title in Portuguese, in the same font, size 16, italics, and centered. |

The abstract was presented in Portuguese and English or another language with up to a maximum of 250 words. The word Abstract (Resumo) was identified in Times New Roman font, size 12, bold, first letter capitalized. In English or another language, same rules, adding italics. Highlighted the problem, objective, method, and conclusion of the work. |

The keywords represent the content of the article, being a minimum of 3 (three) and a maximum of 6 (six), separated by semicolons. They are identified in Times New Roman font, size 12. |
