PRESENTATION

It is with great enthusiasm that we celebrate the publication of another edition of the Revista de Direito da Amazônia (ISSN: 2675-8660).

This edition, which honors the remarkable Doctor Félix Valois Coêlho Júnior, represents the continuity of the project to which this journal is dedicated: to serve as a unique meeting point for academic production in the field of Law based in Amazonas. It brings together scientific research that portrays the diversity and complexity of regional and national legal thought.

The works presented range from the Theory of Amazonian Law, passing through the Rights of Traditional Peoples, to the recent field of Artificial Intelligence and its relationships with the Law. This multiplicity of themes underscores the journal's commitment to its interdisciplinary scope, while showcasing works of profound relevance to contemporary issues essential for reflecting on the Amazon, Brazil, and the Law.

Articles that directly relate to vulnerable groups, human rights, socio-environmental issues, and the use of artificial intelligence in its various facets are highlighted. These themes are relevant to the Amazonian context because they innovate by reflecting on, proposing, and problematizing the relationship of Law with the region, demonstrating how the Amazon can and must be an environment for research and reflection.

The Revista de Direito da Amazônia reinforces its position as a vital space for dialogue between academia and legal praxis, operating as a true instrument for social transformation and regional development. More than a traditional academic journal, the publication fosters scientific production and provides visibility to the excellence of local, regional, and national thought, deeply understanding the peculiarities and challenges of this unique region on the planet.

As an essential vehicle for the regional dissemination of knowledge, the journal consolidates the commitment of the Amazonas judiciary to academic excellence and regional progress. In this way, it establishes itself as an indispensable reference for researchers, judges, and legal practitioners, projecting the scientific and legal potential of the entire North of Brazil.
