Plagiarism is unethical conduct and is rejected by this journal. The use of another's work without giving due credit is considered plagiarism. The category of plagiarism also includes, but is not limited to, the copying of ideas, perspectives, works, results, images, and illustrations. The Revista de Direito da Amazônia informs that all manuscripts submitted to the journal will undergo a plagiarism checking process through manual verification (in search engines like Google) and also through the CopySpider anti-plagiarism software.
